Some people have naturally less macrophages (CD16-positive monocytes).
The sample has to have more than 500 CD16-positive cells in the sample to be evaluated.
When the macrophage count is too low we will invite you to a second test free of charge.
If both times the macrophage count is too low, you will receive a full refund.
It is recommended to strengthen the immune system and repeat the test after 4-8 weeks.
